Online Course Subscriptions Agreement & Terms of Service

Welcome to Rooted Learning ("we", "us", or "our"). These Online Course Subscriptions Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our online playlist curation service, available through our website and/or app (collectively, the "Platform").

• We fully support and encourage our users to subscribe to and support all original content creators represented in our curated playlists.

2. Subscription Terms

• By subscribing, you gain access to our curated playlists and any platform-exclusive tools or resources.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the billing cycle.

• No prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued for canceled subscriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

• Respect the intellectual property rights of the original content creators.

• Not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the playlists without proper authorization from the original source.
